Harness / public treasury / Base
the treasury.
Own the compute.
Put the holdings in public.
A reserve built to grow the inference available to Harness users. Follow the assets, the allocation, and every step on-chain.
i. what’s held
reading the wallet on Base…

Tracks the listed Base assets, including DIEM and CAPU stakes and cooldowns. LP positions, other tokens, and unclaimed yield are outside this total. USD values are estimates; unpriced assets are excluded.
ii. where it goes
target allocationThe intended shape of the treasury as funds are deployed. These are policy targets, not today’s portfolio weights.
- 50%
productive compute
DIEM · CAPUDIEM forms the core. A smaller, speculative CAPU position adds daily inference capacity.
- 20%
yield reserve
stablecoin yield · Aerodrome LPDollar yield and actively managed liquidity. Harvests fund more compute assets.
- 15%
operating buffer
USDCLiquid dollars for platform bills and day-to-day operations.
- 15%
strategic reserve
$HARNESSThe treasury’s native token position, retained for strategic use.
iii. the daily draw
staked compute capacity
— / day
Protocol face value from active stakes. This is inference capacity, not cash income or a measure of credits used.
the distribution plan
Residents draw first.
The remainder goes to market.
The plan gives Resident users holding 100M $HARNESS access to the daily capacity. As the day progresses, unused capacity is offered on Surplus, with the goal of clearing it before expiry.
Distribution and Surplus sales are not measured on this page.
about DIEM ↗about CAPU ↗iv. how it grows
published funding policy ↗50% of creator fees
The starting treasury share of creator fees earned in WETH and $HARNESS.
50% of Stripe revenue
The starting platform revenue share committed to the treasury.
Harvest. Reinvest.
Capacity sales and yield harvests feed further compute purchases, alongside operations and a stable buffer.
Initial funding. The published plan converts 25% of accrued treasury $HARNESS through Bankr Glidepath, making ETH available over time for purchases.
Public execution. Purchases are announced through @bankrbot. Revenue shares may change with treasury size and market conditions; amendments are to be published on the dashboard and timeline.
These are the commitments in the published plan. Wallet transfers alone do not verify revenue attribution, realized yield, or Glidepath execution.
v. on the record
full wallet history ↗Recent transfers of tracked tokens. Each entry links to the transaction behind it.
Transfer history will appear with the wallet snapshot.
Explorer indexing can lag behind balances. Transfers include funding, staking, and withdrawals; they do not by themselves identify purchases or revenue.
